Pale lemon straw. Ripe Sauvignon Blanc aromatics with notes of white stone fruit, passion fruit pulp and kaffir lime. The palate is alive with flavour, deep in concentration but with distinct saline acidity arriving at a wine that has both presence and drinkability.
