Prosecco rose is exclusively produced from Glera and Pinot Noir blended in a specific percentage, as defined by the production rules (Glera minimum 85% and Pinot Noir from 10% to 15%). The prosecco is aromatic and offers a bouquet of red fruits and floral scents, in particular pomegranate and rose.
